General Information:
-RENTAL AGREEMENT-
1. Pick up and return only.
2. Aside from the rent charges, a security deposit of QAR 100.00 per costume and QAR 50.00 per costume kit/accessory will be required.
3. All rented items may be kept for a maximum of 5 days. After which, a minimal fee of QAR 10.00 per costume and QAR 5.00 per costume kit/accessory will be charged per delayed day/s.
4. It is understood that the costumes are to be returned cleaned – washed in water at room temperature and hung to dry.
5. Costumes and costume kits/accessories must be returned intact and in the same good condition. The Renter agrees to waive the security deposit should there be any distressing, missing part, permanent stain or damage to the costume.
6. Costumes are borrowed and returned AS IS and may not be cut, dyed, painted, or permanently altered without written permission from us. Tape, iron-on bonding, glue or any other type of adhesive should not be used on costumes. Alterations must be sewn (after permission), removed, and restored before returning. NO PINS!
7. The Renter hereby waives and releases King B & Bumblebree’s Costumery and its staff from any and all claims resulting from damages, allergies, or injuries related directly or indirectly to the use of the rented items.
